Our event security is specifically designed to prevent and respond to any security incidents that may occur during the event. These incidents could include theft, assault, vandalism, terrorism, and other criminal activities.

Risk assessment: Before any event, we carry out a thorough evaluation of the event, the location, the number of attendees, the type of event, and any other relevant factors to identify potential security threats and risks that may occur during the event.

Crowd control: Our event security contributes to managing the flow of attendees entering, exiting and moving around the event space to prevent overcrowding and ensure that everyone remains safe. Crowd control measures may include the use of barriers, security personnel, and signage to direct attendees and manage queues.

Access control: Monitoring the entrances and exits of the event venue ensures that only authorised individuals are allowed to enter the event and our highly trained personnel can carry out bag checks, ID checks, and ticket checks

Surveillance: Security personnel may use CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment to monitor the event and identify potential security threats. This can include monitoring entrances and exits, watching for suspicious behaviour or activity, or tracking the movement of crowds throughout the event venue.

Emergency response planning: Prior to the event we develop a comprehensive plan for responding to emergencies, such as medical emergencies, adverse weather, or security incidents. This includes procedures for notifying emergency services, evacuating the event location, and communicating clearly with attendees.
